Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Orders usually ship within 3 -5  business days. Once your order leaves our hands, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking.

Shipping times depend on your location, the carrier, and the shipping method selected at checkout. Weather, carrier delays, and other things outside our control can slow things down.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on eligible orders within the United States. If free shipping applies, you’ll see it at checkout before you pay.

90-Day Returns

We offer 90-day returns on eligible items.

If it doesn’t fit, doesn’t feel right, or isn’t what you expected, contact us within 90 days of delivery and we’ll help you get it sorted.

This applies to helmets, goggles, apparel, and accessories.

Items should be returned with all original parts, packaging, tags, manuals, bags, and accessories when possible.

Apparel must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with original packaging where applicable.

Limited Lifetime Helmet Warranty

MHDUB helmets are backed by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, modifications, loss, theft, or damage from crashes, impacts, improper storage, or improper care.

If you believe your helmet has a warranty issue, email us at info@mhdub.com with your order number, photos, and a quick description of the issue. We’ll review it and help determine the next step.


Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us within 90 days of delivery. If the item is eligible and inventory is available, we’ll help you exchange it.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If something shows up damaged, incorrect, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. Photos help us sort it faster.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Shipping costs may not be refundable unless the issue was our mistake.

Return Shipping

For standard returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If we made a mistake, or if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll cover return shipping.
